We recommend the use of rugby boots and gum shields for all players, and water is essential!

Before buying boots, please note that the club have a 'boot bank' where boots can be donated once out-grown, and can be recycled by being passed on to other club members. Please see a volunteer at one of our outdoor training sessions to see what is available, or to donate out-grown boots.

Gum shields are available to purchase from many suppliers online. For a simple 'self-fit' mouthguard, SafeJawz are one of many companies who produce shields that can be moulded to players teeth at home. The link below is shown as an example, other brands are available.
